It was 75 Friday, but only almost 38 today. It's not April, but we had a heck of a snowstorm about a week ago. I've been exploring on my personal facebook sharing parts of my migraine care practice. I take lots of very hot baths, I do a lot of things my physical therapist has told me to do. I'm the healthiest I've been in like five years, and grateful I exist, even if sometimes I have pain, even if I do have to do some things differently than others do.

I listened to yesterday's episode of Conspirituality, and indulged in a second listen to True Sunlight's Thursday episode.

I stopped by Suyao Tian's Viewpoints Gallery today to see Regan Golden's Green Screen, which will be up until March 18, 2025. It was fascinating to hear Regan talk about her practice, use of tech in very analog ways, and to be in space with several other artists.

I'm writing, and making, and teaching, and exploring. I've been writing lots of grant proposals related to community engagement. I've been thinking I should be reading more about databases and Andy Warhol. I do an enormous amount to keep myself well enough to show up for my community. I know we all matter, and that's true no matter what anyone says. What're you up to?
